Create a customer account
Open /signup and enter your name, email and a 12–128 character password. New accounts are pending: an administrator must activate your service before you can submit jobs or create integration API keys. Approved image hosts are required only for URL submissions; uploads work without host permissions.
Sign in at /login. The pending screen can refresh activation status. Once active, your workspace shows your own usage, jobs, workflows and integration settings.
New accounts receive the Free package and await administrator activation. Paid checkout and individual checks must be available for your account before use.
Account sessions and API keys
Email/password login returns a short-lived mvs_ account session. The browser keeps it in memory only. Reloading requires signing in again; sessions expire after four hours. Sign out revokes the session.
For your application, create or rotate an mv_ integration key from Workspace → Account & API keys. It is displayed once and only its hash is stored. Keep this key on your server. It is separate from your password and account session.
Choose a grace period from 0 to 3600 seconds while rotating. Only the most recent previous key can have a grace interval. Never put keys in browser bundles or URL query parameters.
Account security
Change your password from Workspace → Account & API keys using your current password. This signs out all account sessions; integration keys are managed separately.
Contact your administrator for account recovery. Automatic email password reset is not available.
